At Blushre.in, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Return Approval
Submitting a return request does not guarantee that the return will be accepted.
All return requests are reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to:

Request photos/videos of the product before approving a return
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
Once verified, we will offer:

A refund, at our discretion.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy mentioned above.
